Great Location, cleanliness, value for money

The room is nice and clean, the staff is nice. Especially the location is perfect!

Clean, spacious, easy to find. Accommodating for my young children. All staff were friendly and helpful. Everything you need is within the hotel.

Swimming pool and comfy beds

The property was very clean and very comfortable. It was a great location as well. I will recommend it to all my friends because of how clean it was

Nice facilities

All was great. Location is excellent. Foyer and bar area was lovely and so was the Executive Club room.

I loved the balcony. The pillows were so comfortable.

A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff

The breakfast was good , there was a variety of different types of food to choose from.

All staff were very welcoming and kind. Everyone had smiles on their faces at all times. I called the hotel to ask a couple of questions prior to our stay and she was very helpful and professional. A cleaning lady at the pool kindly asked if we needed more towels and brought them to us. We liked the warm and strong at outdoor pool too. Room was clean. No dust on kettle or bathroom bench like other hotels. Hygiene is very important for our choice of stay as we have two young kids and we were satisfied with this hotel. Location was great, close to both town hall station and museum station. My 7 year old walked everywhere from the hotel with no fuss. A bit of distance from china town though if you are planning to eat Chinese everyday. Valet parking isn’t available for SUV which was good for us as my husband didn’t want someone else to drive our car into tiny car park. Also, parking fee was cheaper as we did self parking. It would have been nicer if they notified us about no SUV valet parking when I rang them to ask questions regarding parking. Again, staff were very attentive and kind when we were carrying bags to our car.

Excellent service, very helpful staff, great location central to everything, the pool looked amazing but full of kids due to summer school holidays, view was fabulous, room was nice modern and cleaned everyday for out 4 day stay.

After making my booking, I messaged the hotel to advise that I would need parking. This was completely ignored. I then called the hotel and spoke to three different staff members, all of whom gave misleading and inconsistent information about what size vehicle would fit in the car park. Not a great way to start a stay. I booked a king room on a high floor, but was placed on level 19, which is definitely not a high floor. When I checked my bank account, I noticed the hotel had taken an additional $100 that was not authorised. The bond was stated as $50 and parking $100, yet there was no reason to take an extra $100 on top of this. Upon arriving in the room, I put food and drinks in the fridge and went for a walk around the city. When I returned, everything was warm — the fridge was not working. I had to throw away all the food. To top it off, when I went to shower, both the conditioner and body wash were empty. Overall, this was a really poor experience with multiple avoidable issues.
